Professional Care Marketing & Top Assistance EOOD is an established Bulgarian company which has specialised since 2010 in providing social services and support, both in Bulgaria and elsewhere in the EU.
The core competence of the company lies in the social sector. Our focus is above all on placing qualified social assistants who work in the home care of elderly and dependent people in private households.
Our aim is to offer first-class services and to attract experienced, highly qualified staff for open positions. In doing so we respond flexibly and precisely to the needs of our current and future partners and clients. We support you effectively in selecting suitable candidates, conduct thorough interviews and ensure a smooth, legally sound start to the employment relationship, in strict compliance with all European regulations.

We have extensive experience in this field. At present around 80 of our social assistants are working in Germany. Some of them are on leave but will soon return to their current families. Others need new placements for various reasons - for example when the level of care required changes, or after the client moves into a nursing home.
Many trained professionals - nurses, social assistants and carers with relevant experience in Greece, Italy and Israel - come to us wishing to find suitable work in this field in Germany. Given the difficult economic situation and social policy in Bulgaria, we are able to attract qualified carers for German private households on an ongoing basis.
Our target group is candidates between 35 and 60 years of age who have experience as social assistants - or personal experience in caring - and knowledge of German that matches the requirements of the person or family to be cared for. For our candidates the service is completely free of charge, since they are our employees and therefore hold an employment contract with us. As their employer we are obliged to comply with the EU rules on posting workers to another EU country.

Requirements for our partners and the families
Professional Care Marketing & Top Assistance EOOD is a long-standing, established company in the field of social services. It makes sure that all of its employees work under conditions laid down by EU law.
Own room and meals
The social assistant lives in the home of the person being cared for and receives meals. They are provided with their own room with a window and access to light and fresh air, heating, an internet connection and a telephone for emergencies.
Free time and a day off
At least one day off per week. For all other weekdays, free time of a few hours a day can be arranged individually between the family and the assistant - taking into account the needs and obligations of both sides.
We look forward to an exchange of experience and to a partnership where there is mutual interest. Our company has offices and representatives in several Bulgarian cities, including the capital Sofia, which allows us to react efficiently and deal with matters quickly. Our head office is in the town of Kazanlak.

Mr Karadzhov is the founder of the company and one of the first people in this field back in 2010. He is a professional for whom correctness and good cooperation matter greatly when it comes to good results.
Monika Deneva
She has worked at the company since 2012. As head of the client service team, Mrs Deneva drives our growth without pause. She leads our marketing and advertising team and inspires us with her kindness and friendliness. Good cooperation and partnership matter especially to her.
Sevastiana Tsingova
Mrs Tsingova impresses our new assistants from the very first meeting with her warmth and understanding. Thanks to her open, positive character the assistants feel they are in good hands and settle into our team in no time. Her infectious joy and willingness to help make her an essential point of contact for everyone starting out.
Daniel Denev
He has been with the company for 10 years and works in the Sofia office, in the capital of Bulgaria. He is an outgoing person, responsible for the interviews with assistants. He is communicative, and the assistants are very satisfied with the attention he gives when explaining the specifics of the work. He is particularly popular with the women.
